Green Valley Machineries was established in March 1987 by Engr. Romeo S. Sustiguer Sr in Banga, South Cotabato. It initially started out as a dealer of single piston Japan surplus engine. From then on, the company grew and continues to add more and more equipment to enter the manufacturing of agricultural machinery, simple agricultural machinery includes land preparation equipment like Floating Tillers and Walking Tillers, post harvesting equipment like thresher and shellers. 

The company now manufactures 50 types of agricultural machinery and deals with 100 types of agricultural equipment which includes pumps, engines, tractors and combine harvesters and so on.

Green Valley Machineries has been an agricultural machinery dealer and manufacturer in Mindanao for more than 30 years and has been a top dealer of KUBOTA for the last 10 years. The company also imports product from China, India, Thailand, and Vietnam. GVM head office is located in Koronadal City with branches in General Santos City and Maitum, Sarangani.
